The strategic location of this new ‘local centre’ will regenerate this currently abandoned urban environment. Our proposal provides a mix of sustainable, commercial buildings, set within high calibre realm.

The proposed masterplan will preserve an existing pedestrian route crossing the site from south-east to north-west, connecting with the entrance to a new Metro station, currently under construction. This pedestrian route also offers an axial view of Prague Castle.

The office building blocks are environmentally ‘sculpted’, providing efficient floor plates whilst ensuring that ‘outdoor’ space is maximised. The distinct changes of level across the site provide opportunities to create an enhanced retail offering, helping to create an animated urban environment.
