Oxford Science Park has gained approval for a four-storey laboratory building designed with a strong focus on environmental performance, incorporating passive solar shading, a photovoltaic canopy, and green/blue roofs for on-site rainwater management. Positioned between The Priory and Kassam Stadium, the building also includes EV charging points, over 100 cycle spaces, and integrates into the site with careful attention to landscape and site archaeology.
